GreatMinneapolis Real Estate is an independently-owned real estate brokerage specializing in properties in the Twin Cities area. Having established a name for themselves during the more than 28 years in the business, GreatMinneapolis asked us to help them refine their brand as part of an effort to make their web site more user-friendly. Because a lot of current real estate activity takes place through the web, GreatMinneapolis wanted to make sure their new site was visually consistent in their other branded material. They had an established logo which we used as a starting point for the visual design of their new site. We developed a richer, more integrated look for the site and redesigned some of the information presented there to highlight the client service focus at the heart of the Great Minneapolis brand. We worked with a web services firm to make sure the kind of property listing services users have come to expect from real estate companies would be available on the GreatMinneapolis site.
