Concordia University - St. Paul (CSP), a small Lutheran university in St. Paul, MN, hired Blinc to replace its paper-based course catalogs with a CD-ROM to more effectively get this information in the hands of high school guidance counselors and other key audiences. We proposed a product that would blend the information from CSP's three existing catalogs into one information space while allowing enough flexibility to add marketing messages and additional content in the future. Our design would allow CSP to easily load the information from the CD into their content management system and display it on their web site. After developing an information architecture, graphic design and navigation scheme for the CD, we converted the course catalog content into a series of HTML files that were linked together in an intuitive, browser-based user interface. We designed the packaging and disc face for CD-ROM and oversaw the assembly of the autorun CD-ROMs by a CD production house. | ||||||
